Reset
There’s a moment that happens every year when we suddenly realise how quickly time is moving.
The evenings are lighter, the seasons are shifting, and somehow we find ourselves halfway through the year.
But when was the last time we actually paused to ask ourselves:
How am I really doing?
Not the automatic “I’m fine” response.
The deeper question.
Am I living in a way that feels aligned with the person I want to be?
Life has a funny way of carrying us along.
We wake up, move through our routines, complete our tasks, respond to messages, show up for others, and before we know it, another week has passed. Our habits become automatic. Our thoughts become familiar. Our routines become comfortable.
And there’s nothing wrong with this. In many ways, routines are what support us. They create stability + help us navigate busy seasons. But every now and then, it’s worth pausing to check in:
Are these choices still supporting the life I’m creating?
I love the idea that our lives are a little like a home.
Over time, things naturally gather.
Some things become treasured parts of our space — things that bring comfort, joy + support.
Some things need a little rearranging.
Some things once served a purpose, but no longer feel like they belong.
Our inner world is no different.
The habits we’ve built.
The thoughts we repeat.
The expectations we carry.
The commitments we say yes to.
Sometimes we simply need to pause + ask:
Does this still belong here?
A reset doesn’t mean starting again.
It doesn’t mean throwing everything away + becoming a completely different person.
A true reset is much gentler than that.
It’s about noticing.
Noticing what is working.
Noticing what feels heavy.
Noticing what we want more of.
Because when we create space, we give ourselves the opportunity to choose with intention.
To spend our energy on the things that matter.
To nurture the habits, relationships + practices that help us feel more like ourselves.
As you move through the second half of the year, perhaps take a moment to reflect:
What in my life feels nourishing right now?
What feels like it is asking for my attention?
What would I like to create more space for?

We’re exploring the theme of Reset — using movement, meditation and reflection to step out of autopilot and reconnect with what matters. Through the practices, we’ll explore what we want to keep, what we’re ready to release, and what we’d like to create space for moving forward.
