Offerings
You will find a variety of classes to support your wellbeing. Whether you step on the mat regularly or a complete beginner, you are warmly welcomed to join. All levels are embraced in all classes. Explore the different options available to discover what resonates with you.
Flow
An energising vinyasa flow class designed to help you move your body with freedom, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself. We begin with meditation + pranayama (breathing practices), before moving into a flowing sequence that builds gradually towards a peak posture. The class then softens into restorative shapes, finishing with a deeply restful savasana.
Chill
A grounding, gentle flow class designed to help you slow down, move your body with ease, and settle your mind. We begin with meditation + pranayama (breathing practices) to arrive fully into the space, before moving into slow, stretchy postures that flow into restorative shapes. The class closes with a deeply restful savasana.
Relax
A soothing, deeply restful class to help you slow down, release tension, and fully unwind. We begin with meditation + pranayama (breathing practices) to settle the mind, before moving into long-held postures that gently release tension in the body. The class finishes with an extended savasana, giving you space to fully rest.
Pilates
Pilates is a low-impact, mat-based practice designed to build core strength, improve posture, and support balance + stability. Through slow, precise movements, you’ll engage the whole body, building strength + mobility in a way that feels controlled + supportive. Suitable for all levels, this class will leave you feeling stronger, more aligned, and more connected to your body.
Fit FLOw
A vibrant, uplifting class that blends yoga-inspired movement with a feel-good workout. You’ll move through flowing sequences designed to build strength, improve mobility, and support your overall wellbeing. This is an energising practice that leaves you feeling stronger, more open, and more connected to your body.
Sound Bath
Step into a calm, restorative space with Mikki’s sound healing sessions. Gentle tones + vibrations help ease tension, quiet the mind, and support a sense of balance throughout the body + nervous system. This is a space to rest deeply, slow down, and simply be.

FAQs
I’m new to yoga/Pilates. Can I still join?
Absolutely. These practices are for everyone, and every class is designed to be accessible for all levels.
We all arrive with different experiences, bodies, and starting points — and there’s no right way to begin. What matters most is simply showing up and giving yourself permission to learn at your own pace.
You’re always encouraged to listen to your body. Some days that might mean exploring different variations, and other days it might mean resting in child’s pose. Both are equally welcome.
Every time you step onto the mat, you’ll feel a little different — and the invitation is always to honour where you are that day.
What class shall I start with?
Everyone is welcome to every class + everyone comes to yoga for a different reason.
Chill is a great class to start with as we move at a slower pace so you get to know your up dog from your down dog but if you want to dive straight into the Flow class, you’d be so welcome. The studio is such a lovely space – you will be so supported by me but also the lovely souls that practice with you. Giggles + wobbles are completely welcome!
If you’re wanting to focus more on de-stressing + relaxing, then I recommend the Relax or the Meditation class.
I have an injury
We always offer modifications + variations in the practices.
I encourage you to chat to me before or after a class if you have any questions + I’ll always be happy to go through modifications before/after a class. You’re not alone – I’m here to guide + support you.

The studio is located next to Robert Spray Insurance Services + Hansons. Look for the door marked 'Inspired Studio,' follow the signs, and you'll find us on the top floor.
Whre can i park?
For any class after 6pm, you can park on the road outside the studio. However, you can park in surrounding car parks such as Piggin’s Croft, the Market Place, or on surrounding streets.
How do I book a class?

What if I am late or can’t make it?
I completely understand life happens so please get here safely + I will leave the door 10 minutes after the class start time.
If you are late, either email me at info@carolineinspired.co.uk or click here to contact me on WhatsApp.
If you can’t make the class please cancel via the book system.
What time shall I arrive?
You are warmly invited to arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the class, allowing ample time for a smooth transition. To ensure the best experience for everyone, I kindly request that you refrain from arriving earlier, as I may be occupied with teaching or preparing the space for your session.
Once you arrive, please feel free to make yourself at home, treat yourself to a soothing cup of tea + relax in the waiting room before class.
What is the cancellation policy?
We totally understand that sometimes circumstances change, + you may need to cancel or manage your scheduled classes.
The convenient online booking system allows you to easily handle these requests.
You have the flexibility to cancel your class at any time, but please keep in mind that if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled class, your credit will be forfeited.
I kindly ask that you consider the waiting list when canceling your class. By cancelling in advance, you give others the opportunity to join the session.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
All you need to bring is your beautiful self! The Inspired Studio provides all the necessary yoga props to support your practice + enhance your experience. I have mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, + eye pillows available for your use.
However, if you have a personal preference or would feel more at ease using your own yoga mat or props, you are more than welcome to bring them along.
WHAT SHALL I WEAR?
Feel free to wear any clothing that makes you feel comfortable + confident. There’s no specific dress code for practicing yoga. Whether you prefer to wear fitted workout attire, loose-fitting clothing, or even something more casual, the most important thing is that you feel at ease + able to move freely during the practice.
While socks are allowed, I encourage you to consider taking them off during the session, especially for poses that involve balance. Being barefoot allows for better connection with the ground + helps to enhance stability and grounding in your practice.
However, if you have any concerns or feel more comfortable wearing socks, please feel free to do so. (I promise no one will be looking at your feet!)
