In Love

Everything is energy + energy is everything. The highest vibration of this energy is love. Love is everywhere in the universe, and we’re all connected to it. Living with love means embracing it + recognising that we deserve to feel it.

Fear is also a powerful vibration. We don’t deny its presence, but we meet fear with love. Love, not fear, is the solution.

The five vrittis are fluctuations in consciousness that influence how we perceive the world. Some lead to suffering through false perceptions, insecurities, + powerful emotions, creating fear.

These fears form projections that distort reality, trapping us in cycles of worry + preventing the experience of love. Our subconscious holds these projections, triggering negative responses. By shifting focus + changing projections, we can perceive the world through love rather than fear. Journey through your vrittis with love.

Love life

Cultivate love in daily life through activities that create joy + appreciation. Establish self-care routines prioritising well-being + reconnect with practices that nurture self-love.

Daily acts of kindness towards yourself + others foster a supportive environment. Affirmations infused with love help reinforce a positive mindset + resilience during challenges.

Appreciation overflow

Journaling is a powerful tool to embody gratitude + appreciation, key components of love’s energy.

Two ways to practice:

  1. Write down all the things you appreciate + are grateful for, big or small, to build positivity momentum.

  2. Journal about intentions that haven’t yet manifested, recognising what’s already present, progress made, + lessons learned.

This approach shifts focus from fear to love, creating high-vibe energy for manifestation.

Comeback rate
