Embracing Enoughness
Not feeling good enough can deeply affect our well-being, self-worth, + self-confidence. Even if it shows up in one area of life, its negative energy can ripple into every part of our experience. This blog shares tools to help you move from a vibration of lack into a place where you feel good enough, and the daily practices to return there consistently.
Perspective of life
When we operate from a vibration of not feeling good enough, we often perceive life through a lens of lack. This can make us ungrateful for what we have, our journey so far, + our achievements.
Shifting to a perspective of appreciation + gratitude helps us see that we are good enough, we do enough, + we have enough.
Reset
Beliefs rooted in not feeling good enough affect our minds, bodies, lifestyle, + stress levels. We can get lost in a heightened state of stress, making gratitude + appreciation feel impossible.
My biggest advice, from personal experience, is to reset. Prioritise your well-being first, and then make change from a grounded, empowered place.
Feel the feels
Be compassionate with yourself in moments of feeling not enough. This is a completely natural part of being human.
We constantly fluctuate between feeling not good enough + good enough. The goal is to spend more time in the “good enough” state. Feel the emotions fully, allow them to flow, + release what no longer serves you.
Gratitude + appreciation
Gratitude is a powerful vibration. It moves us toward an abundant perspective where we recognise that we are enough.
Taking time to see evidence of where we are enough in all areas of life encourages gratitude + appreciation. A daily gratitude practice helps maintain this “enough” vibration rather than slipping back into “not enough.”
Scale of 1 to 5
We can’t instantly move from feeling completely not enough to feeling fully enough. It’s a journey that requires time, commitment + dedication.
Think of it as a scale:
- Feeling not good enough
- Having hope
- No longer available for feeling not good enough
- Being available to feel good
- Feeling good enough
It’s natural to fluctuate between these stages, but consciously aiming for more time at 5 helps shift your overall vibration.
Feeling enough to welcome more
Being in a state of gratitude + enoughness doesn’t mean we stop wanting growth or desire more in our lives. Instead, we pursue goals from a place of gratitude, creating a different, more empowering experience of life.
