So many of us want to meditate — but the biggest hurdle is usually keeping it up. We tell ourselves we should sit for 20 minutes a day, then give up after a week because life gets in the way. I know that feeling all too well.

That’s why I created this 7-Day Meditation Habit Builder Series. Inspired by James Clear’s Atomic Habits, the challenge is about starting small and building consistency — one minute at a time.

How this challenge works

Over 7 days, you’ll grow your meditation practice from 1 minute to 7 minutes. Each day introduces a new technique to keep it fresh, engaging + effective:

  • Day 2: Gratitude practice (2 min)

  • Day 3: Breath counting (3 min)

  • Day 4: Affirmation-inspired meditation (4 min)

  • Day 5: EFT tapping (5 min)

  • Day 6: Body scan (6 min)

  • Day 7: Mindful integration (7 min)
