Meditation: a sanctuary for the mind
I’ve truly fallen in love with meditation. It offers calm, stillness, guidance, perspective, and connection to your inner wisdom. I start my day with meditation, snuggled up in bed with my morning coffee. Meditation sets the tone for clarity and calm, helping you feel grounded and aligned.

Journaling: reflect + reveal
Journaling is a powerful tool to reflect, practice gratitude, reveal lessons, visualise goals, and free-write. It allows you to capture your journey, dreams, and aspirations while clearing mental clutter. I love using my Inspired Stories journal (use CAROLINEINSPIRED for a discount).
Workouts: feel good in your body
Exercise is about feeling good. I love my gym sessions at David Lloyd—particularly the energy of group classes. I mix 2-3 HIIT sessions a week, Pilates 1-2 times, and recently discovered a dance class that’s pure joy. Taking care of your body is a cornerstone of a holistic lifestyle.
Walks in nature: fresh air for the soul
Daily walks with my pug, Bert, help me reconnect with the natural world. The sights, sounds, and scents of nature refresh the mind and body, offering a perfect balance of movement and mental clarity. Podcasts, audiobooks, music, or silence make each walk a rejuvenating ritual.
Affirmations: high vibes only
Words are powerful—they shape your energy. I use personal affirmations daily to maintain high vibrations and shift from fear to love and abundance. Yoga asana: strengthen the body-mind connection
Asana, the physical yoga practice, enhances mindfulness, flexibility, and inner awareness. I’ve focused on quality over quantity, attending 60-minute guided classes to slow down and be intentional with my practice. Yoga strengthens both the body and mind—join me for classes virtually or at my studio.
Spiritual practice: nourish the soul
A spiritual practice deepens connection and purpose. For me, this means connecting with the universe and co-creating my path. Practices like prayer, meditation, or gratitude cultivate calm, guidance, and a sense of support—no matter your spiritual beliefs.
Nutrition: flow from the inspired out
Healthy eating is a celebration, not a restriction. I nourish my body with vibrant, colourful meals that make me feel alive. Presentation, gratitude, and mindful eating elevate nutrition into a joyful ritual. Reading: expand your world
Books inspire growth and imagination. I balance self-development reading in the morning with novels in the evening. This yin-yang approach nurtures knowledge, creativity, and self-discovery, helping maintain mental clarity and inspiration.
Intentional stillness: reset + rejuvenate
After experiencing burnout, I’ve become intentional about creating space throughout the day. Stillness brings clarity, balance, inspiration, and rejuvenation. Simple practices—bedtime routines, mindful pauses, or quiet moments—help us do less and attract more, aligning actions with beliefs.
