How do I book a session?

What is the cancellation policy?
I kindly require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. After this period, sessions are non-refundable + non-transferable.
Are sessions suitable for beginners?
Yes! I work with clients of all levels + experience. Whether you're just starting your wellness journey or are more experienced, sessions are tailored to your individual needs + goals. Everyone is welcome.
